What we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site: your name and email, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, your child’s name and age, and your message.
Why
To reply to you, to arrange visits and registrations you ask about, and — only if you sign up — to email you school news.
Who sees it
Only Carltabie Academy staff. Form submissions are stored by the form service this site uses (Formspree) and in our email; it has its own privacy policy. We never sell or share your details, and we never publish photos of children without their parents’ permission.
How long we keep it
For as long as we are in touch. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your details.
